We have to be more efficient at producing more food with less resource

To meet the needs of today and tomorrow, we have to be more efficient at producing  more food with less resource (including land). This needs to be done sustainably and must help the world’s population access high quality, fresh and nutritious food.

Currently, around one third of the food produced globally for human consumption every year gets lost or wasted [1]. Isoclast™ active can help support a sustainable supply and price stability by addressing those food losses caused by insect pests. In particular, Isoclast helps to control plant sucking insects, hence filling a gap in the catalogue of insecticides as well as contributing to the prevention of plant diseases through the control over viruses’ vectors.

Isoclast is an efficient, effective tool that works against strains of sap-feeding insects that are resistant to other insecticides, including neonicotinoids. In particular, Isoclast can support farmers in the control of aphids, plant bugs, leafhoppers, planthoppers, jassids, mealybugs, scale insects and whiteflies.

Isoclast has been approved in the EU. When used according to the label, Isoclast has been proven to have minimal impact on beneficial insects, including bees.

It is registered in more than 40 countries in the world and has been used in millions of hectares worldwide over several growing seasons with no reported harm to honey bees, including in bee-attractive crops such as oilseed rape or stone fruits.
